Vidder enables easy-to-use, HD-networked video in a variety of forms for a wide range of uses. In addition to supporting its commercial HD multicasting service, Vidder actively seeks and executes its solutions with a wide variety of partners for mutual benefit.

Vidder engages in two types of partnerships:

• Device Integration: Integration of Vidder’s Micro Web Server (MWS) into cameras, camcorders, access points, cell phones, PDAs, helmets, and other devices to create higher value products for the device integration partners
• Service Integration: Systems integration of the complete Vidder solution to create new applications and revenue opportunities for integration partners
